Survey on R+D+i
Any SME or MicroSME that develops an activity related to the marine-maritime field and that is interested in evaluating its capacities and needs in R&D&i is invited to participate in the R+D+i survey. Once the survey has been carried out, it will enter a selection process in which 20 companies with the highest priority will be chosen and a personalized itinerary to improve their innovation capabilities will be designed. Diagnosis based on the INNOBENCH report*
All the companies participating in the R&D&i survey will obtain a diagnostic report, generated from the results obtained, and in which a source of ideas for improvement in R&D&i is presented in aspects as relevant as strategy, organization, finances or capacities (human capital, cooperation, etc.).
The Innobench report is used by the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) in the assessment of public aid, such as the InnovaPeme Program.

If your company has already carried out the INNOBENCH survey before, you should know that it is updated with 2019 references and that you can now renew your report

Selection of 20 priority companies
Once the diagnoses of the companies participating in the survey have been prepared, the 20 companies considered to be the highest priority will be selected. The selection will meet the following criteria:

Degree of connection with the marine-maritime field

Younger companies

Smaller companies

Sherpa Journey Itinerary
The 20 companies identified with the highest priority will have access to a personalized capacity improvement journey and follow-up service through which a specialized expert will help them prioritize and design a roadmap to effectively drive their innovative performance.
The services described above are provided directly by the promoter partners of the Sherpa do Mar project and do not entail any cost for the company since said project is financed by the FEDER Fund through the Interreg V-A Spain-Portugal Program (POCTEP) 2014-2020

* What is InnoBench?
The InnoBench Report is an individual and personalized report through which it is possible to obtain a measurement of the innovative performance of a company, to know its competitive position compared to other companies that carry out a similar activity, as well as its potential for improvement and how to achieve it. To this end, the report also includes a battery of improvement actions that it is recommended to implement and an updated list of available public aid that is adapted to the characteristics of the company.
The methodology for generating the InnoBench Report is the result of collaborative work between the Consortium of the Vigo Free Zone, through its business information service ARDÁN, the Galician Innovation Agency (GAIN) and the REDE group of the University of Vigo.
